We are all leaders.
A CEO is equivalent to a mother.
A president is equivalent to a father.
A high ranking military general is equivalent to a friend who is always organizing and going the extra mile to keep the group together.
You see, leadership is all around us and we don’t need acronyms before or after our names to instill solid leadership traits into our everyday lives. No matter if you are in charge of 1,000-employee company or the mother of one, you are being watched by others and it is vitally important how you act, and react, in an array of different situations in life.
I believe there are three foundational pillars to being a great leader, and more importantly, being a great human.
