You can lift heavy, run fast, and push your limits, but if you don’t stick with it, you won’t see lasting results. The difference between hitting your goals and plateauing comes down to one thing: showing up, again and again.

And you don’t have to go it alone. Being part of a community that motivates and inspires you makes the journey more enjoyable and sustainable. The shared experiences, encouragement, and accountability can make all the difference.

Just ask Lily Alterman, one of Ethos' OG members, who has hit over 1,000 classes since the gym first opened. It was Katie Blaylock—a former spin instructor and current trainer at Ethos— who first got her to try a class. “Once I went, I was hooked!" Lily says. "The workout, the people, and the community kept me motivated and inspired. The only thing that’s changed is that my Ethos family has grown even stronger.”

Or Tori Moran, who recently celebrated her 300th class. Her advice? "Have fun and find your people. Surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals who believe in the power of consistency has taken me so far. Embrace the uncertainty of trying something new—you’re not alone."

Why Consistency is a Superpower

Committing to something regularly is what leads to real transformation. Here’s why consistency is a game-changer:

  • Builds Momentum – Small actions add up. The more you show up, the easier it gets.

  • Develops Discipline – Regular effort strengthens willpower and creates lasting habits.

  • Leads to Mastery – No one gets great overnight. Repetition sharpens skills.

  • Fosters Trust and Reliability – People trust those who are consistent—including yourself.

  • Yields Long-Term Results – Quick fixes don’t last. Steady effort leads to lasting change.

Ben West, a 600-class warrior, has seen this firsthand. "One of my biggest motivators is the self-confidence I’ve gained through my fitness journey. I never want to go back to a low point in my life, and that alone keeps me going."
