I love the gym, which is ultimately why I own one. But what I love more is working out in nature.
My friend and business partner Dan and I hit a local football field at least once a week to knock out a workout.
Here’s one that’s simple in direction, but challenging in execution.
NEED:
• Open field or backyard totaling 100 yards. If you have limited space, you’ll travel back and forth.
• Measure out 20yd markers and find yourself a weight to carry. Dan and I each usually have a 30lb dumbbell.
